Looking for a Pandemic Flu Plan and Exercise? Look no More!

I'm wondering where everyone is who was around for the pandemic flu planning we did back in 2006-2010? Likely most are retired. Thankfully the organization I lead, Center for Regional Disaster Resilience (CRDR) has good electronic files and a Public Health webpage with documents we produced 10-13 years ago. 

Two significant documents that you might find helpful are:

• A 150-page, 2009-2010 Comprehensive Community Bio-Event Resilience Initiative (think action plan)
• And then, a large-scale tabletop exercise for 250 people, Infrastructure Inter-dependencies Tabletop Exercise — Critical Infrastructure and Pandemic Preparedness 

I would note that one significant difference from today is the widespread use of social media. There is also much more of an opportunity for rumors, alternative facts and outright disinformation.
