Registration is now open for the 12th Annual Homeland Defense & Security Education Summit The Summit is set for October 30—November 1, 2019. This will be the first year CHDS has organized the annual conference in Monterey, and we're anticipating our largest, most significant event to date. The summit is the homeland security education community’s seminal academic conference and serves as CHDS’ principal high-level engagement with the largest and most diverse group of partners — with over 400 universities and agencies in the network. This October, we will bring together academic, government and private sector communities to discuss the complex issues and wicked challenges facing local, state and national homeland security, homeland defense and emergency management.
