Proposal to Get Around Huawei's Lock on 5G

A new twist in the 5G Huawei conundrum.

5G and the Chinese company Huawei have been a subject in this blog over the past 12 months or more. Now Congress, in particular the Senate, is getting in the game by proposing ways for the United States to have USA equipment to meet the 5G needs of wireless telecommunication providers.
