If you are just an average citizen or business, you have no idea "how bad, bad could be." Given that everything seems to be working just fine, day in and day out, most people are oblivious of how close we are to having a life-changing disaster that will alter the functioning of the Central Puget Sound (Seattle metro area) for decades to come.

Given other news of the day, the U.S. attack on Syria and other local mayoral troubles, it likely won't get much attention. Oh well! It is not important, until it is important.
