Two Senior FDA Leaders Step Down

Is it coincidence that two people retire at the same time?

This story is one to watch in the coming days, from CNN: “Two senior FDA vaccine leaders step down as agency faces decision on boosters.”

I’m not saying it is suspicious, but it certainly seems unusual that two prominent vaccine staffers at the FDA retire at the same time:

“The retirements of Dr. Marion Gruber, director of the Office of Vaccines Research and Review at FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research, and Dr. Philip Krause, deputy director of the office, were announced in an internal agency email sent on Tuesday and shared with CNN by the FDA.”

This will be one to watch in the coming days and weeks to see if there is more of a story behind this story. Boosters?
