WHO Declares a Global Pandemic

This story could have been written a few days back — the event was predictable.

Today the World Health Organization has now announced that the coronavirus is a global pandemic. It is affecting six continents, 100 countries, and over 120,000 people.

What does it mean? Really, it is just defining the geographic spread of the virus and acknowledging that fact. Perhaps the stock market will react to it. At this point, I'm guessing Antarctica is the only non-infected place on earth.
