Why Is the Death Rate for Coronavirus COVID-19 Going Down in China?

This is good news for the rest of the world. But note that while the death rate is not the 2% to 2.5% that was reflected in people who were tested (when not all symptomatic people where being tested), the rate for the virus killing people is still significantly greater than the seasonal flu, which is 0.1%.
