Which city is banning cars from its city center?

By 2019, Oslo, Norway's capital city, will ban all cars from city center. City planners also plan to build more than 35 miles of bike lanes by that time and push more funding toward public transportation. Oslo's leaders are calling the car ban the largest of its kind, though they're not alone. Dublin, Ireland, announced a plan earlier this year to eliminate cars from several major downtown roadways, with investments in bicycle and walking lanes, buses, and new rail services.
