According to recent news reports, Andrew Morton, a lead maintainer of the Linux kernel, recently said that he feels the kernel is getting buggier. According to an article on Linux.com, Linus Torvalds says the story has been somewhat sensationalized but their has been a distict lack of a "breather" and indicates an effort to work more on bugs.
