Description: RFP#02-24 Residency Database System Description: Suny Downstate requires a web-based system of all data relating to the management of its residency training programs. Currently Suny Downstate has 52 residency programs, including sub-specialty programs with more than 900 residents rotating to 12 affiliated hospitals. Requirements: Vendor must possess all Licenses and permits to provide the required services in a health care environment and have a demonstrated track record of at least three years providing substantially similar services to institutions similar to Suny Downstate. The system must be capable of tracking all demographic data, medical and surgical procedures, privileges, resident evaluations, program and faculty evaluations, conference and rotation scheduling, creation of appointment forms and other documentation.
