Parvus Corporation has announced a contract with the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) in Panama City, Florida to develop a ruggedized version of the Cisco 3825 Integrated Services Router (ISR) for installation onboard the Navy's newest class of surface warships, the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS). Initial shipments of these enhanced routers are planned for next month.
