Hanky-Panky in the FEMA HQ HR Office

Kudos to Brock Long for taking action!

I think that if you dig deep enough, this type of behavior is pervasive in many of the public and private organizations that otherwise might have sterling reputations. See this Washington Post article, FEMA official harassed women, hired some as possible sexual partners for male employees, agency chief says. The worst part is you have the HR chief, as the fox guarding the hen house. Really, really bad form. He could quash many an issue ...

Unfortunately, many times it takes a brave woman or man to speak up and report the behavior. Otherwise, it continues unabated. Be brave — report it!

You might not be the only person (where there is one there is likely more) who has experienced harassment and your report corroborates someone else's story.

Way to go Brock for calling it out and making it a public issue!
