This year marks a quarter century of honoring the Top 25 Doers, Dreamers and Drivers in state and local government. In that time, Government Technology has highlighted the work of more than 650 CIOs, CISOs and — more recently — AI leaders, and this year’s cohort proves that the sometimes-unsung work of public-sector IT is still just getting started.
