The education software company Anthology this summer will bring digital learning industry leaders and educators together from across the world to learn more about education technology trends and innovation within the field.

According to a recent announcement, the company will host its Anthology Together 2022 conference from July 11-14 in Orlando, Fla., which organizers say will be one of the largest ed-tech events in the world. The conference will mark the first of its kind since Anthology acquired ed-tech developer Blackboard last year.

“As a combined company, we’re creating an epic event experience for the ed-tech community with more content, insights and networking opportunities than ever before,” Anthology CEO Jim Milton said in a public statement. “It’s the preeminent event for educators, practitioners and leaders from around the globe to exchange best practices and build a stronger, more vibrant ed-tech ecosystem in partnership with Anthology.”

The conference will replace previously announced dates and locations for Anthology Together and BbWorld, the annual ed-tech user conference hosted by Blackboard prior to the merger. The two companies previously offered more than 100 speaker events and education technology workshops to discuss pressing digital learning-related topics in both higher education and K-12.

Events will kick off July 11 at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort with pre-conference activities, a user networking reception and ed-tech client sessions, according to a news release.
